Outside of the Poppy zone parking is at your own expense. Just make sure you end your trip inside the zone boundaries, which you can check directly in the app.

You can reserve a vehicle up to 24 hours in advance in the app, so your car is ready and waiting when you land. You can also use the scheduled ride feature to have a vehicle brought to your home or departure address for just €9, perfect for early morning flights.

Yes. Fuel and charging are always included at Poppy's partner stations, no card, no cash, just use the fuel feature in the app and fill up for free. You'll find partner stations across Belgium, and also in our neighbouring countries (Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, and Germany) for cross-border trips.

One tip: always end your trip with at least 35 km of range remaining, and you'll even earn credits if you refuel a vehicle that was below 40%.

Yes, you can take a Poppy car to the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, and Germany. A one-time €10 fee is added to your trip when you cross the Belgian border, which covers roadside assistance abroad. Fuel and charging at partner stations are included in these countries too. 

Just keep in mind that parking outside a Poppy zone is at your own expense, so make sure to get a parking ticket if you stop during your trip.
