Is refueling/charging included in the price?

You can cross the Belgian borders to the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, and Germany with a Poppy. However, we charge an additional fee of 10€ per trip once you cross the border, to ensure that we can continue to provide assistance even outside Belgium.

Remember that parking outside the Poppy zone is at your own expense. So, make sure to obtain a parking ticket if you want to pause your trip.

You can keep a Poppy for up to 14 days! We offer multi-day passes for up to 14 days, with varying numbers of included kilometers.

You can plan your Poppy trip up to 1 month in advance and up to 10 hours before departure in the app, ensuring that your car is ready when you are ready to drive off!
