But who is behind it all? 🧐
To make our different vehicles available and in good condition, we have a team who are always available to pick up the vehicles and take care of them. Our OPS team work like this:
🤳 First, they check and operate all vehicles via our work app
🛠 In case of mechanical & technical problems, they go on location and do the necessary to make these vehicles available
⛽️ They refuel and charge the vehicles
📝 They schedule maintenance when they get notifications
🚨 They take actions on interventions/complaints... In case of urgent interventions, our fleet specialists go on site and review the situation
⚠️ They look at the vehicles that have been parked in the same location for a long time and bring them to a densely populated zone so that it can be used again
🧼 Our cleaning partner ensures that the cars are cleaned in/outside
This is our team OPS routine and they also takes action on the following objects:
- Checking tire pressure
- Accident form
- Danger triangle
- Dashboard settings
- Airbags
- Air fresheners
- Ice scrapers
- Etc...
About the cleanliness of our vehicles :
We would like to point out that these are shared vehicles, so there are people who have come before and people who will come after. You must therefore leave the vehicles in perfect condition. Some basic reminders:

Think about the people who will use the car after you 🥰 In case of no respect of these rules, we will be in the obligation to make you pay a fine. We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that you can report directly at the beginning of your trip whether the vehicle is clean or not. If our OPS team see in the app that a vehicle need to be cleaned, they will directly send the cleaning company. They ensures that the vehicles are in good condition to use so don't forget to respect their work 🚀
