What should I do if the Interparking card is not there? 💳

Here's what you have to do if there's no Interparking card.

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a car is not equipped with an Interparking card, or that there is one, but the previous user has taken a ticket instead of scanning the card. But you don’t have to worry about anything. We also have a solution to this problem.
At each barrier, you will find a button to call the Interparking helpdesk. If you encounter another problem, simply press the button and briefly describe the situation. They will be happy to help you.
  • If there is a ticket and an Interparking card in the car, go to the terminal at the exit and call the intercom. The employee will then ask you to give the last six digits of the Interparking card to open the gate.
  • If there is no Interparking card, go to the terminal and give the employee the license plate of the car. In this case, he will also open the gate for you so that you can leave anyway.
