The app on my phone isn't working (correctly), what should I do?

We are often doing updates of our app to better our service and make it easier to use. You can check that no updates are available in the App Store or the Google Play Store. 📱

Next, it is very important that you are connected to the Internet and activate your Bluetooth. 

If you meet an error in the app, you can first try to disconnect yourself, close the app and also turn off your phone and turning it back on. Re-open the app and reconnect to retry
