My vehicle is not at the shown place despite my reservation. What should I do? 📍

I can't find my Poppy car at the place that is shown.

This problem can happen for two reasons.

  • Our GPS localization is not 100% precise. You have to look a bit further in the neighboring streets. 👀
  • In a more illegal and less frequent case, the previous user parked the car in his own garage. That’s absolutely forbidden, but there is not much else that you can do concerning this. You will have to take another vehicle.
