New features, new zones, new vehicles... We've only grown at Poppy this year and it's all thanks to you! What if we replayed the year together?

🤖 CHAPTER ONE: OUR 100% HOMEMADE NEW APP

After several months of work, our product engineering team has outdone itself and created our new 100% homemade application to make the user experience even crazier and make your life a lot easier! But we don't say more, Thibaut our CTO tells you everything 👉 here

📲 CHAPTER TWO: WITH A NEW APP, COMES NEW FEATURES

With our new app you can now:

💶 Buy your prepaid credit packs directly in the app

💳 Pay with Bancontact for all your trips, packs... no credit card mandatory anymore

👯‍♂️ You can invite your friends to join Poppy and win 10€ of free credits

⏰ You can book a vehicle up to 24 hours in advance directly in your app

⛽️ You can fill up the vehicle and earn 15€ free credit

🤑 You can add the insurance plus for even more relaxation during your trips

🅿️ You can park in some Colruyt parking lots to find a place more easily

🙋 Do you need help? You can contact us directly via the help desk

📸 You can add a photo before and after your ride

⭐️ You can warn if a vehicle is damaged, smells of cigarettes, badly parked... directly in the app

🚗 CHAPTER THREE: OUR NEW VEHICLES

In 2021 we added over 300 new 100% electric kick scooters to our Poppy fleet. These kick scooters are available in the Poppy zone in Antwerp. Convenient for the city and to get somewhere easily, you were asking for it and we listened to your requests 🥳

But what about the car fleet? In June 2021 we also added 50 Volkswagen POLO for even more fun. With 600km of autonomy, it's the perfect car for your long journeys. Stay connected, more cars are coming very soon 🤫

As you already know... Unfortunately, we have not been able to find a long-term solution for our scooters and we have decided to stop this service as we will not be able to restart it anytime soon. Fortunately, Poppy continues to expand its car and scooter services in Brussels, Antwerp, and Mechelen 🌎

🗺 CHAPTER FOUR: OUR POPPY ZONES

In May the big announcement was launched, Mechelen became our third official big city! Do you know intercity travel? This means that you can take a car from Brussels via Antwerp and leave it in Mechelen for example. Practical, isn't it? And yes, at Poppy you can do that as much as you want! 🚀

Not to mention that we have listened to your wishes and extended our zone to the North Sea this summer so you can enjoy it to the max! Do you want the same for next summer? 😎
